For the gardeners who like to do it themselves, but just need a little direction. I’ll come over to see your space and address any questions you may have. I’ll also look for disease, worrisome insects, and monitor your soil health. I’m happy to help bounce off ideas and talk through your plans for the following season. This is on an hourly basis and meant for purely consulting.
Are you having annual issues with disease or soil fertility? Let me come to your garden and take samples to help diagnose the problem. I will submit them to the NCDA for testing and write up a digestible report summarizing the results and suggest further actions to improve the situation.
If you want to grow your own food and don’t know where to start, look no further! At our first consultation I will listen to you describe your dream garden, and from there I will work with you to obtain all the supplies needed, create the garden space, and maintain it as the season progresses. The price of the project will depend on the size and age of your garden space, as well as how hands on you want to personally be in the process. I charge a $75 consultation fee, but if you decide to work with me on a longterm project then the consultation fee will go towards the project total. There is no project too large nor too small for me to help with.
